Do you offer sliding scale rates?

Fees are €70 per session (negotiable to a reduced rate) and sessions are 50 minutes.

I am committed to providing therapy that is affordable to many and to accommodate different financial circumstances and resources. For that reason I offer a sliding scale option.

For clients seeking a reduced fee I will ask you about your financial circumstances during your intake, in order to collaboratively determine a fair yet affordable session fee.

Payment is at the end of each session by cash, card or bank/revolut transfer.

How long does each therapy session take?

Each Session lasts 50 minutes. It is important that you attend your session on time as time cannot be made up at the end of the session.

How many sessions will I need?

Six consecutive weekly sessions to begin with will give the therapy process a real chance . We can then review the progress after six weeks.

What happens when I attend for the first session?

Initially I'll ask for some basic information regarding your background, psychological history and your reason for attending counselling. Then I'll invite you to talk further around any difficulties you may be having.

What is my Therapeutic Approach?

I am an integrative therapist and my style is based around person-centred and systemic models. My approach is informal and friendly, your sense of comfort and feeling of safety is my top priority.
